Simon is an experienced investment agent with a sector agnostic skill set honed through years of experience at some of the UKs top commercial practices including Savills, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield.

Simon has transacted assets throughout the UK but retains a strong focus on the North West markets, and will always look to leverage best in class occupational support on a transaction by transaction basis in order to provide the best possible level of client service.

Having also been a director at the world’s leading market information and data analytics provider, Simon’s advice will always be rooted in science and sound fundamentals.  Combined with deep agency and client relationships, this gives Simon unique insight into both deal sourcing and analysis.

Property is one of the few true relationship based industries left, and consequently when dealing with ZS Real Estate you can always expect Simon to seek out face to face contact or genuine conversations ahead of electronic communication.

Simon’s clients include UK institutions, REITs, PropCos and high net worth private investors, and this network provides experience across a range of lot sizes from a few hundred thousand pounds to tens of millions. It also provides Simon with access to investment opportunities across a wide spectrum of size and sector.

Away from the office Simon enjoys spending time with his young family, whilst trying to improve his golf handicap!

Simon is also a long suffering Evertonian and an avid follower of Lancashire County Cricket Club, where he used to play.
